My payment failed. What should I do?

I see a charge on my card but no order confirmation. What happened?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank, not an actual charge. It should drop off within 3-10 business days. If the funds are fully withdrawn, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your details so we can investigate.

Are your jerseys in stock and ready to ship?
Most of our popular team jerseys are kept in stock for fast shipping. However, during peak season (Fall) or around major rivalry games, some styles may sell out quickly. Real-time availability is shown on each product page.
How soon will my jersey ship?
Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet entered the packing stage. Please contact us immediately via email with your request. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
What are the shipping times and costs?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once it ships.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can use this to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.
My tracking hasn‘t updated, or my package is late. What should I do?
Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to activate after you receive the number. For significant delays beyond the estimated window, first check the carrier’s site for updates, then contact us with your order number. We will open an inquiry on your behalf.
Returns & Product Care
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return period from the delivery date for items in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Customized jerseys (with a name or number) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Securely pack the unused jersey with all tags and original packaging.

Ship it back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer‘s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Can I exchange my jersey for a different size or team?
Yes, exchanges are subject to availability. Please initiate a return as described above and indicate you‘d like an exchange. If the new item is not available, we will issue a refund. Please note you are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
